We love this wine. Made from a combination of Italian Prune Plums from our friends at The Inn at Ship Bay on Orcas Island, and mixed varieties of Apples from Sandy Point Farm on Waldron Island, we macerate whole Italian Prune Plums in fresh apple juice to ferment together for weeks, gently extracting color, tannins and delicate aromatics for this refreshing springtime tonic.
