The fruit that comes from this farm, perched on a sandstone ledge overlooking the Salish Sea on the Canadian border, is consistently some of the most magical we work with. The perfume, texture, and flavor of the apples always make us marvel at the trees, their age, and their provenance. 2021 was a very small crop for the trees, so we decided to blend the early season picks with the later. The result was our favorite apple wine to date: freshness and richness walking a savory, tangy tightrope. We love this farm, and we love this wine.
