Blue Moon Farm Cuvee 2

100% apples from Blue Moon Farm on Waldron Island. This was the first vintage we worked with Blue Moon Farm, and a beautiful one. The orchard is planted to many varieties that ripen from September through October. In order to learn about the orchard and its personalities we bottled four wines through the season as fruit was picked. This was our second pick from the orchard in late September / early October. This wine was incredibly vibrant and complex, so we decided to keep this bottling at the winery to experiment with long bottle conditioning. To be released in 2024.
