100% apples from Blue Moon Farm on Waldron Island. This was the first vintage we worked with Blue Moon Farm, and a beautiful one. The orchard is planted to many varieties that ripen from September through October. In order to learn about the orchard and its personalities we bottled four wines through the season as fruit was picked. This was our fourth pick from the orchard in November. This is our absolutely favorite apple orchard on the planet, and these later ripening apples provide a beautiful lens into this site.
