SUSAN’S APPLES is our favorite apple wine of the season: richer in body that our other apple wines, but with a generous acidity and a bit of salty tang from the nearby sea. Read more here.
HONEY WINE was our first island experiment with honey in 2022. Like all of our wines, ambiently fermented with no interference except whatever was already alive on the fig leaves, rose hips, and hawthorne berries we picked from the garden. We bottled fewer than ten cases of this wine, so for this season it is only available here in the three pack!
