A three pack of SUSAN’S APPLES, beautiful, organically farmed apples from a single orchard on Lopez Island, planted in the early 80s by Susan Bill and farmed by her and her team of women herbalists.
This has become our favorite daily drinker of the season. Ringing in around 5% ABV, it’s an easy refresher for the afternoon and as a pre or post dinner beverage. Or, take a a cue from our friend Kosuke in San Francisco, the chef/owner of the significantly delicious restaurant Mijote, and pair the bottle with braised chicken and roasted chanterelle mushrooms.
